Seattle Parks Dept. is hosting a Health Initiative Day and the Slam will be demonstrating quad rugby in two highly-competitive games between the Slam Red and Slam Black teams.

Eight teams will travel to Seattle to compete in a three-day tournament to decide which teams go to Nationals. This is the first time this important tournament has been held in Seattle - it will be the very best quad rugby on the Pacific coast this season!
When: March 13-15, 2009
Where: Seattle University, The Archbishop Connolly Center, 550 - 14th Ave, Seattle 98112 - on the corner of 14th Ave. and East Cherry Street, across the street from the sports field.

When: Noon to 3:20 PM
Players: Arrive at 11:30 AM. Be in your chairs, ready to go at noon sharp. Note: Extended practice - ends at 6 pm.
Where: Highland Community Center, 14224 Bel Red Road, Bellevue, WA 98007
Be aware of bridge closings for Blue Angels' performance.

When: Practice runs from noon to 3:20 PM. Clinic runs from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
